Gerry and I started in the back (which I NEVER have done before) but with the new timing chip thingy your time starts after you cross the line so no big deal we thought  Had kinda a rough time going around and through runners although I am not sure it cost me all that much time (1:03 and change) I felt ok until rolling hills 2-4 but tough to step it up mile 5-6 Gerry was also slower than last year ( but yes the kid kicked my ass) and we didn't go up the dune because the fenced it off  Breakfast with Mr. Nee then home nap and now back to bed for football....Good news no injuries, always a plus at my age...next year the dune and under an hour and we start in the front Rob

kinda upset about having to manuever through the pack... still finished under a hour...
