I've used Ronson fuel and the more expensive stuff with no problems. The only thing I've noticed is when it's really cold out, I need to hold it in my hand for a few seconds to warm it up before lighting.

I use Vector in everything from my X-tend to my Ronson and never had a problem. But if the Ronson gives out I will just chunk it and pick up another one out of the drawer.
