Any Non-Traditional foods this Thanksgiving?

We throw in a little traditional Jewish cooking. Challah and Matzo Ball soup usually. We still cook a Turkey, have stuffing, vegetables, yams, mashed potatoes, etc.

I usually prepare a duck instead of turkey.

When I have a choice(which was once),I prefer a whole Beef Tenderloin.

Not a big fan of Turkey obviously....
