What kind of cutter/punch do you use?

I personally use the cheap ones, just haven't gotten around to buying a good one yet.

Xikar for the most part, occasionally a swiss army knife cigar scissors. Somehow I always managed to chip the blase on my bullets and I get ragged cuts, or I split the cap.
