I take great pride in my pig roasts, passed down the line. Amazingly, a cigar maker's dad is responsible for helping me put the final touches in my process. That was Eric's dad from 601. I use the mojo sold directly from lacajachina.com. I go down to Miami and pick it up in person. BTW, with that mojo, the maker's son beat Bobby Flay on Throwdown show.
