Any sushi fans?

We go out for sushi at least once a week, and have even been known to have sushi for lunch and dinner in the same day. The sushi around here is top notch, so we never have an issue finding a place to eat. We don't often make it at home, because tuna is pretty expensive, and its hard to find a really good, fresh piece at the store around here.

I did some research and there was really only one or two places recommended in all of Indianapolis for buying sushi grade fish. The tuna was $20/lb and the salmon was $11/lb.
