Does the wrapper really impart 60% of the flavor?

To help a little with the what I know and and have learned. It all depends on the cigar .. Some cigars the wrapper is 30% and some it is more and some less.

Some 30%, some less than 30%, some more than 30%. I can absolutely agree with that.
