Nah, I bet this was just the extra credit on his physics final. "Using pieces from a Toyota Pickup and Volkswagon Beetle, what kind of car would you build? You may use a Toyota Camry for support, and an oldsmobile for a back-stop." This was the only way he knew to get the answer.

Maybe a final for a sculpture class too.. with the back end of the truck pointed up like that, it looks kindof like art.

Glad no one was hurt, but that was an impressive display of creative driving....I'd be hard pressed to think up something that spectacular.
