Where do you see this?
I'm looking at my account and this is all I see for both of our lines when I click the Upgrade link: Quote:
My contract doesn't expire until 2/2011 (we signed up 2/2009), but my plan is $99/mo. Or at least was until they dropped prices. |

Go to your AT&T account and take note of when they allow you to upgrade. If it is in 2010, you are in. Anyone with an upgrade available in 2010 will be able to get this new iPhone.

Not one newscast I saw on the intro of the new phone that did not state at the end that AT&T was allowing anyone up for an upgrade any time this year to buy this new one. From one release: If you're an AT&T customer, go to the AT&T wireless site, login, and click on "Check Upgrade Options" to see for yourself. If you bought the iPhone last June on the cheapest plan with AT&T, you can now get the subsidized price on the new one Steve Jobs will announce today
