Since they're fakes you gotta question the legality of selling them in the USA. If they are honduran/nic filler trying to be passed off as cuban, aren't they effectively legal to sell since they aren't actually a product of Cuba?

Not necessarly...for instance, it is illegal to sell fake illicit drugs, i.e, selling somone "fake" crystal meth...a felony, actually, at least in Illinois.

That's because that stuff has the possibility to kill you faster than the real stuff in some cases.

Unless this was tobacco dipped in arsenic I don't see a problem (other than the fakeness).

It's pretty much illegal to sell counterfeit anything...a few years back some guys in Fort Lauderdale got busted for trying to sell a buttload of fake Cubans...

I guess it would depend on if you are infringing on a US trademark. I see fake Coach/Channel/etc handbags all the time on eBay. I guess if you aren't moving truck loads at a time it may not be something the police put priority in.
