Punch cutter + big ring = tunneling?

how are you guys punching multiple times w/o messing up the cap? Sometimes the cap cracks on me wth just 1 punch and you're making shapes? lol..

Press lightly and give it a couple twists as if you were trying to start a screw, then change spots and repeat. Similar technique to Ratters patent pending 'Cranial Screw Top Method.'
