Opinions regarding Mexico?

Our Cozumel operation is actually there in Chankanaab, if I am in Mexico I am there once or twice a week.

Please keep the comments coming as I want to share the honest truth with the team. I will not be using anyone's name or handle, it will be a general summary.

For those that go on a cruise, is Cozumel a compelling reason to choose one over the other? Either a positive or negative?
