Scottish food is amazing. It manages to take all the fat from one super-sized American portion, and fit it in to one handy, 1"x0.5"x0.25", deep-fried chunk of goodness.

Scotland has been doing deep fried mars bars (milky ways) for years... They've also invented sausage links flavoured with Irn-Bru (A local, bright ginger, soda)
