Semi professional kitchen faucet

So, my new kitchen cabinets are arriving next week. Already have the countertops and sink picked out, but have not yet decided on a faucet. I am REALLY liking the style of the commercial style spray faucets, and am currently looking at the Franke FF-1800. Wondering if anyone here has any experience with this style of faucet, and pros/cons of them. I know there are some people here who spend a lot of time cooking, so figured I'd ask.
