The Thick, Crispy Bacon Thread

I went shopping for bacon today, at a local meat market. I found apple smoked, Big Buy (cheap) and beef bacon

I'm very interested to try the beef, smoked on their premises.

All of bacon and sausage are bought here in town.
Their other meats are excellent,most killed and all processed on site.
