This is almost as important as knowing if I should wipe front to back or back to front.

You are really loony!

Personal preference. I prefer to "tap that ash like the government". (bonus points if you know what song that's a play on)

I remember reading on the old forum that to get the ash to release easier when tapping, do a quick double draw and then tap. Works like a charm when you can't risk the mess.
