If the Mets are going to do anything, Bay has to be the right handed bat they desperately need.

BTW, after all the Omar bashing, surprised Sandy isn't getting any grief here.
He had one job to do in the off season, fix the bullpen, and that, IMO, is the Mets biggest weak spot.

But we usually wait til September to fall apart...not July. Bay gets no respect from me...for the money we paid/pay him..he has produced ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Complete waste!!

And I do agree...Sandy did absolutely squat to fix the bullpen. I am at least going to give him til the trading deadline before I start to bad mouth him.
