Lightswitch It's time

tried note the word TRIED to run the course yesterday. the same damn run as I have been doing for a few weeks now. Had to walk/run after 32 minutes......

Did I mention I HATE this run.....

Ok L.S. has me training with branches ( new kind of tree) and I have also been running doubles on some days. 40 min work then 5.8 of the course....

the run is next saturday an hour looks like it is MAYBE is possible but so far I am not close.....

Did I mention I really HATE this run!?!?!? why can't we just have breakfast....
