Møøse bites can be nasty
|
I cooked a wagyu hangar steak last night. 5 hours @ 125, from frozen. Seared for maybe a min on each side on a scorching hot grill. Wow, so tender and flavorful.

My neighbor came by my house this morning at 2AM, pounding on the door. Good thing I was still up playing the drums.
