What happens to the old cars? They have to be registered and drivable. Do they crush them or maybe ship them out of country?

My 11 year old 295 HP V-8 car gets 18.5 MPG city, 25 MPG at 75 MPH on the open road. It would not qualify. Same mileage the 125 HP Toyota got before the engine died. I'm S.O.L.

Besides, you can save far more money buying a two year old low mileage car.

All cars turned into a dealership for the program must be registered with the program and proof of crushing turned in or a fine will be levied on the dealer.
